Scrap Around the World - August Challenge!

Phew! Where has the month of August gone? I've been busy crafting, just haven't had the opportunity to post anything yet. I just had to participate again with Scrap Around the World, this month's mood board is fabulous!

You too can participate in their August Challenge. I was inspired by the quote, sewing notions, the fabulous shoe with its earthly tones, and the feather in the brides hair.

I have scrapped this photo before, it is of my grandmother. She is the ultimate diva. In her youth, she wore fur coats, bootlegged liquor, and she owned a Harley! I wish I would have written down, or better yet, recorded stories she would tell.

 Close up of the butterfly cluster. I used butterflies from Reneabouqets Etsy shop. I bought them quite a while ago, just haven't had the opportunity to use them until now~

I used Fab Scraps "Marie Antoinette" paper and everything else used was from my stash and sewing box!
